Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Medical Affairs Specialist to manage and support clinical research activities, clinical trial execution, and regulatory reporting processes. The role requires strong expertise in Medical Affairs and the ability to handle complex projects while developing effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee planning, execution, and data collection activities related to clinical trials and research.
  • Support implementation of clinical protocols and assist in completion of final reports.
  • Recruit clinical investigators and coordinate study design and associated costs.
  • Direct Phase III and Phase IV human clinical trials for company products under development.
  • Participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate reporting information for submissions to regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor adherence to study protocols and determine study completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee investigator initiations and group studies.
  • Act as a consultant or liaison with external corporations under licensing agreements when required.

Qualifications


  • Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related clinical research functions.

Work Environment

  • Continuous sitting for prolonged periods of time may be required during the workday.
