Job Overview


The HR Associate Partner role involves supporting daily human resource operations at a large fulfillment center environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate headcount records, preparing HR reports, handling employee engagement activities, managing grievances, supporting payroll and HRIS processes, and coordinating with recruitment and ERC teams. The role also focuses on statutory compliance, contractor management, vendor coordination, cafeteria management, and associate experience initiatives such as reward programs and celebrations.


Candidates should possess strong communication, reporting, presentation, and teamwork skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in HR operations within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is preferred. The position requires a customer-focused mindset, integrity, commitment, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
