Chalhoub Group is seeking a creative and motivated candidate with a background in marketing, media, or design to join its luxury retail and digital loyalty team. With more than 70 years of expertise in luxury experiences, the company manages over 10 owned brands and partners with more than 400 international names across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and lifestyle categories.


The Group operates across the Middle East with more than 950 stores, online platforms, and mobile applications. Innovation is driven through “The Greenhouse,” its startup incubator and accelerator focused on shaping the future of luxury retail through technology and omnichannel experiences.


Role Overview


The position is ideal for candidates interested in digital marketing, CRM, social media, and luxury retail operations. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in campaign execution, content creation, social media management, and marketing coordination.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media, Website & App Content


  • Work with social media agencies to localize and adapt content from brands, partners, and creative teams.
  • Create graphic variations for app, email, and social media platforms.
  • Publish live content on Facebook and Instagram when required.
  • Manage Arabic-language community engagement and content updates.
  • Upload and update English and Arabic content through CMS platforms.
  • Support localization and graphic updates for marketing collateral.
  • Develop strategies to improve local engagement and follower growth.

Marketing Coordination


  • Coordinate delivery of marketing materials from vendors to stores.
  • Assist with Arabic and English proofreading and transcreation.
  • Support internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate requests with more than 40 partner brands regarding assets, offers, and approvals.
  • Support local marketing activations including events, influencer campaigns, sponsorships, and gifting initiatives.
  • Prepare communication and training materials for store teams.
  • Execute in-store engagement strategies and provide activation insights.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and presentations for the marketing team.
  • Test push notifications, emails, and WhatsApp communications for accuracy and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications


Candidates should have qualifications in marketing, media, or design with an interest in digital marketing and CRM. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
