CHANEL is hiring a Supply Chain Intern in Dubai, UAE. This full-time internship opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in luxury retail, logistics, and supply chain operations. The role involves order processing, shipment tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and international stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support order creation and shipment coordination using SAP
  • Track deliveries and follow up with customer service teams
  • Assist with shipment discrepancy resolution and invoicing
  • Update supply chain trackers and campaign reports
  • Participate in weekly sales and supply meetings
  • Support new campaign order follow-ups and quota reviews

Required Skills


  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • English communication skills required; Arabic or French is a plus

Eligibility


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or order processing is an advantage
