Job Role
Cult is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Associate to support internal audit assignments, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to evaluate controls, identify risks, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments across departments.
- Conduct data-driven business analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support implementation and enhancement of SOPs and internal processes.
- Coordinate with audit partners and business teams for documentation and reporting.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare audit documentation, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to risk advisory and special audit reviews across functions.
- Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis.
- Travel occasionally to collaborate with stakeholders when required.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Statutory Audit.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
