Job Overview


Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP REFX Manager to lead SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) implementations and transformation projects within S/4HANA environments. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, driving leasing process design, ensuring compliance with lease accounting standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the SAP RE-FX workstream across blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
  • Design and implement leasing processes, including lease-in, lease-out, valuations, contract conditions, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and Ind-AS 116 lease accounting standards.
  • Manage the complete SAP REFX project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with teams across SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, and other integrated modules.
  • Review functional specifications, WRICEF objects, testing scenarios, and system design documentation.
  • Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, obtain solution sign-offs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
  • Establish best-practice configurations for leasing, contract management, asset accounting, and reporting.

Required Skills


  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation with at least three full-cycle projects.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX.
  • Deep understanding of lease accounting, valuation rules, and Right-of-Use (ROU) asset postings.
  • Ability to translate business leasing requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications


  • Graduate degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, management, or SAP implementation environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • SAP RE-FX certification preferred.
