About the Role


Ericsson is looking for an Integration Engineer to support enterprise systems, networks, and node integration activities. In this role, you will work on configuration verification, testing, upgrades, migrations, and system expansions while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support pre-sales activities by defining and proposing integration solutions and strategies.
  • Develop integration strategies aligned with customer contracts and business requirements.
  • Plan project scope, timelines, costs, and delivery activities.
  • Prepare, validate, and execute scripts and configurations for integration tasks.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and issue escalation when required.
  • Execute integration and migration activities in line with process frameworks and contractual commitments.
  • Ensure availability of operating systems, hardware, software, licenses, and configuration data in the correct versions.
  • Define exit criteria and prepare project handover documentation.
  • Drive process and method improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
