Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned engagements
- Manage and allocate daily work across team members
- Monitor deliverables and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- Report daily progress and status updates to leadership teams
- Ensure contractual SLA requirements are achieved
- Review client deliverables and maintain process compliance
- Support analysts with process-related clarifications
- Handle escalations, issues, and operational queries
- Collaborate with multiple work streams within the organization
- Assist senior members in client and project management
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor project budgets
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Mentor, coach, and train team members
- Work closely with global virtual teams across different regions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- Good understanding of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong listening and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated and organized mindset
- Attention to detail and deadline management skills
- Ability to work in structured processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management or handling small teams/projects
- Knowledge of foreign languages
- Certifications in operations management or client management
