Job Description


Deal Sourcing & Market Research


  • Support identification of new investment opportunities through market mapping, sector research, and network outreach.
  • Track emerging trends, sectors, and high-growth companies.
  • Build and maintain deal pipelines and investment databases.

Investment Evaluation


  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and business model assessment.
  • Build detailed financial models including DCF, comparables, and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate management teams, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare investment memos and internal presentations.

Due Diligence & Execution


  • Support end-to-end due diligence, including commercial, financial, and legal workstreams.
  • Coordinate with external advisors including legal, accounting, and consulting teams.
  • Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating key terms.
  • Support documentation and closing processes.

Portfolio Management


  • Monitor portfolio company performance against business plans and KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, fundraising, and growth plans.

Stakeholder & Founder Engagement


  • Interact with founders, management teams, and co-investors.
  • Support senior team members in investment committee discussions and decision-making.
  • Represent the fund at industry events and ecosystem interactions.

Eligibility Criteria


  • 2–5 years of investing experience with leading funds in India.
  • Education from a Tier-1 institute is mandatory.
  • Experience in DeepTech, AI, SaaS, or New Age Technology investing is preferred.
  • Strong exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
