Job Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join as Senior Manager – Guest Experience Design. In this leadership role, you will drive guest experience transformation across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused journey at every stage of travel.
You will work closely with teams across Digital, Operations, Commercial, Corporate, and Inflight functions to develop and enhance guest experience strategies, governance frameworks, and customer insight initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Guest Experience Design function across the customer journey
- Drive Voice of the Guest (VoG) strategies and customer insight programmes
- Identify guest experience gaps and lead improvement initiatives
- Develop journey mapping and experience measurement frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service and digital experience enhancements
- Manage governance models, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Oversee guest feedback systems, vendor partnerships, and insight reporting
- Ensure continuous optimisation of customer experiences across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in guest experience, service design, customer insights, digital product operations, or related areas
- Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, retail, or mobility sectors is preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Experience working in agile and transformation-driven environments
- Expertise in Voice of Customer/Guest programmes, journey mapping, and experience strategy
