Job Overview


We are seeking a Food & Beverage Executive to support daily restaurant and dining operations while ensuring excellent guest service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Set up and maintain all food and beverage operating equipment before service.
  • Inspect linen, condiments, and service items to ensure readiness.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings and dishes.
  • Clear used chinaware, glassware, and silverware from guest tables and prepare tables for new arrivals.
  • Take guest orders and provide recommendations on special menu options when required.
  • Support smooth and efficient service operations to enhance the guest experience.
