About the Role
Accor is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Kitchen and Food & Beverage departments. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and department leaders to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, inventory control, and compliance with hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities for the Kitchen and F&B departments, including reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Monitor food stock levels, kitchen supplies, market lists, and month-end inventory records.
- Manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate operational requirements with relevant departments.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with HACCP, workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support employee administration, scheduling, leave records, and departmental communication.
- Assist in monitoring departmental performance, operational efficiency, and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel kitchen, F&B, or hospitality operations.
- Minimum 1 year of secretarial experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of kitchen operations and F&B standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
