Job Purpose


The Manager – Taxation role is responsible for processing employee reimbursements, verifying and accounting travel bills, performing bank reconciliations, and verifying head office expenses. The position ensures accurate accounting and timely payment processing.


Key Responsibilities


Payment Processing and Accounting


  • Process employee and head office vendor payments within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
  • Ensure accuracy in the calculation of eligible amounts as per company policies.
  • Perform periodic ledger reviews and maintain accounting entries in the appropriate ledgers.
  • Complete the payment processing cycle, including accounting activities.

Reimbursements and Expense Verification


  • Process employee reimbursements efficiently.
  • Verify travel bills and related expenses.
  • Review and verify head office expenses.

Bank Reconciliation


  • Perform bank reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial records.

Audit Support


  • Provide support during audit activities and assist with related requirements.
