Overview


Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager – Process & Compliance (P&C) to support ERP implementations, process optimization initiatives, and compliance management across UAE and Overseas Automotive businesses. The role focuses on driving standardization, automation, governance, and operational efficiency through technology-enabled solutions, data analytics, and strong internal controls.


Key Responsibilities


System Development & Implementation


  • Act as Finance Lead for ERP implementations and system enhancements across automotive business operations.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives that enable automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent and robust automotive processes across business units and integration with financial systems.

Process Specialization & Support


  • Lead process standardization and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance workflow and resource utilization.
  • Promote and share best practices across business units.

Process Optimization


  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals for process improvement and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of processes, systems, and controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

Compliance & Governance


  • Ensure processes comply with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Establish exception management alerts and dashboards to monitor ongoing compliance.

Required Skills


  • Strong understanding of finance operating systems and business processes.
  • Compliance-focused mindset with expertise in SAP inbound and outbound processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or SAP are advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry is preferred.
