Key Responsibilities


  • Manage balance sheet reconciliation reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare and publish monthly balance sheet reconciliation status reports for senior leadership.
  • Consolidate, validate, and report Trial Balance data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across balance sheet accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Owners, Regulators, and Entity/Segment Controllers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including intelligent automation and process enhancements.
  • Monitor compliance with management policies while maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen the control environment by supporting audits and enhancing internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including SOX and Process Risk Self-Assessment requirements.
  • Support statutory and internal audits.
  • Identify opportunities to redesign, streamline, and automate existing processes.

Required Qualifications


  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • Ability to understand process linkages and business impacts.
  • Innovative mindset with the confidence to pursue new ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
