Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage balance sheet reconciliation reporting and analytics.
- Prepare and publish monthly balance sheet reconciliation status reports for senior leadership.
- Consolidate, validate, and report Trial Balance data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Owners, Regulators, and Entity/Segment Controllers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including intelligent automation and process enhancements.
- Monitor compliance with management policies while maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen the control environment by supporting audits and enhancing internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including SOX and Process Risk Self-Assessment requirements.
- Support statutory and internal audits.
- Identify opportunities to redesign, streamline, and automate existing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to understand process linkages and business impacts.
- Innovative mindset with the confidence to pursue new ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in ambiguous situations.
