About the Role
Apple is seeking an Account Executive – VAD (Maghreb) to drive business growth across the Maghreb region through channel partners that distribute and resell Apple products. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening partner relationships, expanding Apple’s market presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Apple’s business through distributors, retail partners, and telecom operators across the Maghreb region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Develop account plans aligned with partner strategies while expanding Apple’s ecosystem adoption.
- Analyze market trends, retail performance, and sales opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide business insights to management.
- Manage sales forecasts and ensure disciplined use of Apple forecasting tools and processes.
- Collaborate with channel partners on quarterly sales, marketing, and in-store initiatives.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through targets and conduct regular business reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align product supply with sales forecasts.
- Identify channel opportunities and implement strategies to improve market coverage and execution quality.
- Execute Apple-approved online and offline marketing programs.
- Work with training teams to maintain high standards among partner sales staff.
Candidate Profile

- Be willing to travel regularly within the market.
- Have experience in consultative selling and channel growth strategy development.
- Balance short-term business objectives with long-term customer and partner value creation.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Excel in communication, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies that support sustainable business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in consultative selling and channel development.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to spend time in the market on a monthly basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Account Executive within a mobile device or hardware company.
- Telecom industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Moroccan Arabic is an advantage.
