Job Overview


Capgemini is seeking a highly driven and analytical finance professional to join the Strategic Finance & Consolidation (SFC) Team. This role focuses on financial consolidation, P&L ownership, financial reporting, and business analysis while partnering with global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) performance tracking and reporting.
  • Drive month-end close activities while ensuring adherence to reporting timelines.
  • Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis across global stakeholders.
  • Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports to support business planning.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions and improve analytical capabilities.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and stakeholder requests.
  • Present complex financial information in a clear and structured manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.

Required Skills


  • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Expertise in Financial Accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including automation, financial modeling, and dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
  • Flexibility to work within a global delivery model.

Qualifications


  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • MBA (Finance)
    • ICWA
    • M.Com
    • B.Com
