Job Purpose


The AI/ML Engineer will design and develop AI-enabled solutions to enhance Data Management and Data Governance capabilities. The role focuses on applying machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies to improve data quality, metadata management, master data, data classification, data lineage, and governance workflows.


The position involves close collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Domain and Governance, Architecture, Security, and Business teams to integrate intelligent solutions into core data platforms and processes.


Key Responsibilities


Data Preparation Management


  • Extract and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze datasets for potential bias and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis


  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Generate insights that support business strategies.

Model Development


  • Implement and deploy artificial intelligence models.
  • Monitor model performance to solve business challenges and deliver actionable insights.

AI Engineering


  • Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot generative AI solutions.
  • Apply software engineering principles and incorporate security practices into applications.

Documentation and Reporting


  • Document development activities and code to support knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance.

Communication


  • Present technical concepts, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Learning


  • Support the evaluation of emerging artificial intelligence technologies, principles, and techniques.
  • Contribute to deploying AI models into production environments to strengthen analytical capabilities.

Stakeholder Management


  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions for digital applications.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically requires 3 years or more of relevant experience.
