Job Purpose


The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for executing customer service plans and programs to deliver high-quality customer support, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business objectives, company policies, and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Service Operations


  • Execute customer service plans and initiatives within the assigned business area.
  • Support programs designed to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Monitor adherence to customer service processes and procedures.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and cost efficiency of customer service initiatives.
  • Contribute to process optimization and system improvement efforts.
  • Monitor and enhance call center performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Provide guidance and support on customer service-related matters.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries and service issues.
  • Identify customer requirements and support business growth opportunities.
  • Promote customer service capability development and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Management


  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure service excellence.
  • Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Understand and address customer and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to managers and team members.
