Position Overview


The Boutique Field Trainer is responsible for identifying knowledge gaps and training needs within the boutique team in collaboration with department managers and boutique leadership. The role focuses on delivering on-the-floor training activities, coaching, and development programs to enhance team performance, customer experience, and service standards.


As a shop-floor-based role, the Field Trainer observes daily operations, provides real-time feedback and coaching to Sales Associates, and monitors performance through key business and customer experience indicators. The position also ensures the successful completion of onboarding programs and training for all new team members.


Key Responsibilities


Training & Development


  • Define and implement a monthly training calendar based on team needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with boutique leadership to structure staff development programs.
  • Observe sales teams and provide coaching aligned with service and client experience standards.
  • Deliver in-boutique training sessions and learning activities for all staff members.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and follow up based on individual and boutique performance results.
  • Work closely with Regional Training Specialists to support training initiatives, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct regular assessments, tests, and questionnaires to measure knowledge implementation.
  • Identify and recommend innovative training solutions that address boutique-specific needs and challenges.

Candidate Profile


  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of training and development practices.
  • Strong ability to identify and meet the needs of internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrates passion, energy, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications.
