Available Roles


Airport / Customer Service Agent (Emirates & dnata)


Serve as a key point of contact for passengers at Dubai International Airport. Responsibilities include assisting customers with check-in, boarding, arrivals, baggage services, lounge access, connecting flights, and special assistance requirements. This role provides exposure to airport operations and opportunities for career growth within customer service and operational functions.


Marhaba Service Agent


Deliver personalized airport assistance to passengers throughout their journey, including support with check-in, immigration, boarding, and baggage services. The role involves assisting VIP guests, families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring additional support while maintaining high service standards.


Customer Sales and Service Consultant (Contact Centre)


Provide customer support across multiple communication channels, assisting customers with travel planning, reservations, enquiries, and service-related requests. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the travel journey.


Eligibility Requirements


General Requirements


  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • A Levels or High School Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email applications
  • Willingness to wear a uniform for customer-facing roles


Additional Requirements – Contact Centre Role


  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, French, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality written communication
