Job Purpose


Emirates Group is seeking a Skills Development Partner to support the design, development, and delivery of future-focused learning solutions that align with organisational values and enhance the employee experience. This role plays a key part in building workforce capability and supporting strategic business priorities through impactful learning and development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design learning solutions that address strategic priorities and develop future-ready skills and capabilities.
  • Deliver engaging learning experiences through virtual and in-person workshops, digital content, and bite-sized learning formats.
  • Create and scale learning journeys using technology to build capability across a diverse global workforce.
  • Enhance facilitation standards by applying feedback and emerging learning best practices.
  • Promote social and collaborative learning to support a culture of continuous development.
  • Use data-driven evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning interventions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Learning & Talent ecosystem to deliver integrated development solutions.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within training or people development functions.
