Job Summary


An opportunity is available for an AI & Automation Developer to design and deliver solutions focused on Agentic AI, automation, and opportunity discovery. The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to build intelligent systems and identify areas where AI and automation can create measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
  • Build scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities by collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions with enterprise systems such as JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow through APIs and cloud platforms.
  • Lead projects from concept and proof of concept (POC) through deployment and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
  • Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.

Required Skills


  • Strong programming skills in Python; JavaScript/TypeScript or other programming languages are an advantage.
  • Experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
  • Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain Agents, OpenAI Agents, or AutoGen.
  • Experience building automation workflows using RPA tools, scripting, or custom logic.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and enterprise data systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.

Education & Experience


  • Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 5–7 years of experience in computer programming, Agile development, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops or AI and automation assessments.
