Job Overview
Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel is looking for an F&B Service Expert to create memorable dining experiences for guests. This role goes beyond traditional food and beverage service by delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest interaction contributes to an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Set up and maintain dining areas according to established standards.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, or move for extended periods.
- Work on various surfaces, including uneven or slippery areas.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items as required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No certification or license required.
