About the Role


Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate - Controllership & Finance to support financial analysis, revenue accounting, collections, and reporting activities. The role provides exposure to revenue and receivable reporting, finance processes, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including business finance, leadership teams, auditors, and product and technology teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage invoice accounting and collections.
  • Raise invoices and reconcile them with accruals.
  • Handle deferred revenue accounting.
  • Account for collections and related adjustments.
  • Perform partner account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate receivables ageing reconciliation.
  • Prepare and share weekly receivables reports.
  • Support business teams with finance-related discussions, collectability assessments, and partner-related queries.
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate with business teams to drive collections.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, analytics, and KPI reporting.
  • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for audit requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for automation initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly book closure.

Required Qualifications


  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable taxes, GST compliance on revenue, and receivables.
  • Experience working with Oracle.
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptable and interested in automation initiatives.
