About the Role


As an AI Script Generator, you will transform content strategies into engaging, production-ready video scripts. Working with AI-powered workflows and digital agents, you will oversee the script creation process from research and drafting to final refinement, ensuring every script is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.


Key Responsibilities


Turn Strategy into Scripts


Convert strategic content ideas into compelling scripts that are ready for video production.


Run AI Workflows


Manage AI agents and automated workflows that perform research and generate initial script drafts.


Oversee Digital Agents


Ensure AI systems gather the right information and present it effectively within the script.


Refine and Humanize Content


Enhance AI-generated drafts by improving hooks, pacing, clarity, readability, and overall audience engagement.


Optimize AI Systems


Continuously improve AI workflows, prompts, and instructions to generate higher-quality script outputs.


Verify Accuracy


Use AI tools and processes to validate facts and maintain content accuracy.


Train AI Voice Models


Develop style guides and content logic that help AI systems consistently reflect the brand’s voice and tone.


Improve Engagement Structure


Evaluate script structure and flow to maximize audience retention and engagement.


Manage Multiple Projects
