Job Overview


Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance to support business operations across the India region. The role involves driving business performance reviews, revenue and market analysis, financial planning, and strategic business initiatives while collaborating with leadership, business development, and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support business operations for the India region, including pipeline management, consumption revenue analysis, and new business initiatives.
  • Drive business reviews with the Regional President for India.
  • Partner with marketing teams to monitor marketing spend, program effectiveness, ROI, and operational performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on smartphones, compute, IoT, and automotive sectors for regional and headquarters teams.
  • Collaborate with business development teams on business proposals, ROI assessments, and strategic analysis.
  • Perform market research and ad hoc strategic analysis as required.
  • Manage budgets and track actual business and finance expenditures.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 6+ years of experience in business finance or business operations.
  • Experience working closely with management, business, and marketing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze India’s consumption market and present actionable insights.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work with tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Flexibility to participate in regular evening calls with headquarters teams.

Educational Qualifications


  • MBA in Finance and/or Business Analytics from a reputed business school, or
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Advanced degrees in relevant disciplines may substitute for a portion of the required work experience.
