About the Role
Riyadh Air is seeking a Manager Pricing to lead strategic pricing and fare initiatives across its global network. This role is responsible for developing data-driven pricing strategies that balance revenue growth and market competitiveness while supporting commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include designing seasonal and regional pricing strategies, optimizing fare products, identifying opportunities related to holidays and special events, and supporting revenue, sales, and marketing decisions through data analysis. The role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating booking behavior, providing recommendations for network planning, and developing performance dashboards and reporting tools.
Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to pricing policy development, mentor pricing analysts, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience at a managerial level.
- Background in Pricing & Revenue Management, Network Planning, E-commerce, Digital Retail, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with industry pricing and revenue management systems such as PROS, Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools.
