Key Responsibilities


  • Drive standard adoption and implementation of process changes.
  • Manage and support Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
  • Plan and execute internal audits.
  • Plan and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM).
  • Perform risk analysis and ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Maintain and manage quality-related documentation.

Qualifications


  • BE / BTech / Diploma in a relevant discipline.


Experience Required


  • 5–9 years of relevant experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry background.

Required Skills


  • Strong knowledge of QMS and quality processes.
  • Hands-on experience in internal audits and MRM execution.
  • Deep understanding of risk analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation and process management skills.
