About the Role


The Operational Transfer Pricing team is responsible for managing Transfer Pricing data, monitoring compliance with Transfer Pricing policies, and supporting reporting processes across global operations. The role involves reviewing Transfer Pricing transactions, analyzing financial data, ensuring process compliance, and supporting audits and reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor invoices, P&L segmentation, and other Transfer Pricing-related processes.
  • Manage Transfer Pricing data with a focus on master data and transactional data quality.
  • Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies with Transfer Pricing policies.
  • Review and understand Transfer Pricing-related transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and the company control framework.
  • Collaborate with Transfer Pricing teams, tax business partners, finance teams, and outsourced service providers.
  • Support Transfer Pricing audits by providing documentation, data, and analysis.
  • Maintain and archive Transfer Pricing documentation and reports.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries related to Transfer Pricing data.
  • Monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Support deployment of tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills


Technical Skills


  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Understanding of Transfer Pricing concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SAP FI module.
  • Ability to collect, query, and consolidate information from ERP and accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or workflow management tools is an advantage.

Soft Skills

Qualifications


  • Qualified CA or CMA with 1–2 years of experience, or
  • Semi-qualified CA with 4–6 years of experience.
  • Experience in Accounting (R2R), Finance, or Transfer Pricing is preferred.
