About the Role


Wood is seeking a Project Reporting Coordinator to support its projects business in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing administrative and project coordination support for the development of a new gold mine and processing facility at a remote site. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient project operations, maintain documentation, coordinate workflows, and support project teams with day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide daily administrative and project support to project and site teams.
  • Coordinate and track the flow of work across project activities.
  • Maintain awareness of project status, schedules, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with the setup and coordination of project management plans and project information files.
  • Manage electronic and physical project filing systems.
  • Administer access to project shared drives and websites.
  • Support the effective operation of office facilities and business support services.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, documents, correspondence, and records.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and project quality standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project communications.
  • Assist field teams with timesheet completion and personnel onboarding activities.
  • Support internal and external project audits.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
  • Collect and organize project data and billing-related information.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including scanning, emailing, copying, and phone support.

Requirements


  • Minimum five years of project coordination or administrative experience, preferably within the engineering and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Bilingual language skills are beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
