About the Role


Conduent is hiring an Accounting Services Analyst I to support accounting operations through routine financial activities, process compliance, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with a relevant degree or equivalent work experience who are looking to build their accounting career in a structured, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
  • Assist in preparing process dashboards and reconciliation metrics.
  • Support audits by providing required records and documentation.
  • Maintain updated process documentation and desktop procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes and operational guidelines.
  • Support quality initiatives and guide the quality verifiers team.
  • Monitor review progress and notify the review manager of any concerns.
  • Perform other assigned duties while complying with company policies and standards.

Job Requirements


  • College or university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area through formal education.
  • Ability to perform technical-based activities and contribute to projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Capability to work independently with guidance when required.
