The hotel is currently looking for a Server to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests and helping deliver a memorable dining experience through taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assist guests with menu choices by providing accurate information about food, beverages, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and clearly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
- Ensure dishes and beverages are presented properly with attention to detail.
- Communicate guest requests accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure dietary restrictions and allergies are communicated appropriately to the kitchen.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Check with guests during their meals to ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
- Present bills to guests and process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
- Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged for incoming guests.
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and other restaurant team members to ensure seamless service.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Outgoing personality with a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- A background in luxury resorts and hotels is an advantage.
