Job Overview


The Sr. Finance Executive – PACE role is based at the Mysore Beverages Factory. The PACE Anchor is responsible for independently auditing and assessing factory and warehouse operations, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality functions.


The role focuses on ensuring adherence to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strengthening governance, and promoting consistency in ways of working across different locations.


Key Responsibilities


1. Operational Audits & Assessments


  • Conduct periodic audits of factory operations, primarily covering Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality functions.
  • Independently review processes and practices to ensure compliance with established SOPs and organizational standards.
  • Provide unbiased and objective assessments of operational effectiveness.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting


  • Extract and analyze reports from internal systems.
  • Validate operational performance against defined SOPs and benchmarks.
  • Score factories and warehouses based on compliance and performance metrics.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement through structured reporting.

3. Site Visits & Coverage


  • Conduct regular on-ground audits across approximately 5 internal manufacturing facilities and 10 external warehouses/godowns.
  • Ensure at least one visit to each factory per quarter.
  • Maintain strong coverage to support continuous oversight and governance.

4. Independent Assurance Role


  • Act as an independent reviewer separate from factory teams to enhance transparency and credibility of assessments.
  • Provide leadership with confidence in the accuracy, compliance, and robustness of factory operations.
  • Strengthen internal controls through unbiased verification.

5. Advisory & Capability Building


  • Guide factories on best practices and the right ways of working.
  • Support sites in resolving operational ambiguity or capability gaps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive improvements and standardization across locations.
