About the Role


Visa is looking for a Consultant, Implementation to manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects for low to medium complexity engagements. The role involves leading platform onboarding, demonstrating APIs and platform capabilities, advising clients on business and technical requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery through go-live and handover.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects from onboarding to go-live.
  • Lead client onboarding, including readiness, sequencing, and execution.
  • Deliver platform and API demonstrations based on client use cases.
  • Advise clients on meeting business and technical requirements using the platform.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage delivery plans, project scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Conduct customer workshops and decision-making sessions.
  • Create and maintain onboarding and implementation documentation using standard templates.
  • Share implementation learnings to improve onboarding standards and templates.

Typical Deliverables


  • End-to-end onboarding and implementation delivery.
  • Platform and API demonstration materials.
  • Requirements-to-platform mapping and documented solution approaches.
  • RAID logs, status reports, and decision records.
  • Go-live readiness assessments and handover documentation.

Qualifications


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4–8 years of experience in delivery, implementation, consulting, or project leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading client-facing workshops or onboarding activities.
  • Domain experience in core banking or cards/payments.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience delivering SaaS or API-based platforms in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of REST/JSON integrations and data exchange workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman or Bruno for API testing and demonstrations.
  • Experience configuring implementation parameters for client onboarding.
  • People management or mentoring experience for manager-track roles.

Work Mode


This is a remote position. Employees are not required to work near a Visa office but may be required to attend a Visa office with scheduled notice.
