This position sits at the center of daily housekeeping operations for a boutique luxury hotel with 106 rooms, including 28 suites, located in the prestigious Dubai International Finance Centre. The Floor Supervisor keeps things running by overseeing the team, checking that rooms and public spaces meet the hotel’s standards, and stepping in when guests need something resolved. It’s a role that blends people management with quality control — training staff, tracking supplies, and making sure the property’s health and safety standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, assigning duties and monitoring team performance
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and standards compliance
  • Train, support, and guide housekeeping staff
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints directly
  • Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities
  • Ensure health, safety, and hotel standards are upheld
  • Flag maintenance issues and liaise with other departments
  • Follow Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct (EmPact)


Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury hotels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong efficiency and time management skills
