About the Role

Hilton is seeking a General Accountant to support the hotel’s day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will handle invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also contribute to month-end closing activities, assist with audit preparation, and respond to finance-related queries from vendors and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursement requests accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Schedule and execute vendor payments according to agreed terms.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and financial documentation.
  • Support month-end closing through invoice tracking and accrual activities.
  • Respond to vendor and internal finance inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
