ABOUT THE ROLE


Amazon is looking for a Logistics Executive to join its Delivery Partner Management team in Dubai. The role focuses on working with Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners and supporting their operations across the network.

The position involves analyzing transportation operations, understanding business processes, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work with different stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and support effective business decisions.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the performance of the Delivery Partner Management program.
  • Manage network compliance scores for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze transportation operations, workflows and business challenges.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop performance metrics, reports, forecasts and analysis.
  • Understand business requirements and help design practical solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications based on business needs.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Develop knowledge of industry practices and apply it when addressing business problems.


REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English, including speaking, writing and reading.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.

Amazon’s Delivery Partner Management team manages Delivery Service Partners across networks in the region. The team works with partners throughout their business lifecycle, helping them address challenges, plan effectively and identify obstacles and solutions.
