About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers find suitable PUMA products while contributing to sales and overall store performance. The role combines customer service with day-to-day retail operations, including maintaining the sales floor, organizing merchandise and supporting store standards.

You will also need to understand PUMA products, procedures and store initiatives so you can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Following company policies, safety practices, service standards and loss-prevention procedures will be an important part of the position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner while promoting PUMA products.
  • Support store sales objectives and contribute to overall business performance.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of PUMA products, procedures and company initiatives.
  • Follow PUMA policies, retail procedures, safety standards and loss-prevention practices.
  • Help maintain the sales floor and back areas through cleaning, organization, maintenance and product flow.
  • Support store presentation and ensure retail standards are maintained.
  • Understand relevant sales, merchandise and operational statistics.
  • Work effectively with fellow PUMA team members to support store objectives.


Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of common Microsoft programs.
