About the Role

Amazon's Ultra Fast Grocery unit is carving out new ground in fast delivery across AMET, and this role sits right at the center of it. As Operations Executive, you'll take charge of day-to-day store operations — either running one large site or overseeing a cluster of smaller ones. Beyond the operational side, you'll be responsible for people: making sure Amazon's policies, including attendance practices, are applied consistently and fairly, while coaching your team toward strong performance across productivity, quality, and safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end UTR (Ultra-fast Time to Receive) operations for one large site or several smaller sites
  • Track and hit customer-facing metrics while keeping quality, safety, and team morale on target
  • Manage team performance, including building and rolling out training and development plans for pickers
  • Partner with merchant stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in the operations process
  • Run daily 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits across stores
  • Step in as Area Manager when needed


Requirements / Qualifications

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment
